When planning a visit to the retail outlet, please remember that Marta is a single mom. Although she tries to be at the hospital as much as possible, there are times when the duties of a single mom make it impossible for her to be there. TheraFleece ships orders via Canada Post to provide our customers with a choice of various speeds and prices. The rates on our site reflect the current published rate cards for Canada Post for the size and weight of the products in your order. Price also includes Handling.

Orders typically take 1 - 3 weeks to arrive by standard parcel post service (approx 1 week in Canada).

Tracking your order

UPS provides a parcel tracking service. We will provide parcel tracking numbers with each shipment confirmation. Unfortunately, tracking is not available on Postal deliveries, however delivery confirmation is provided.
