How to get
the most from your WristWarmers
1. Wear WristWarmers
at night to help you relax and drift off to sleep, they will help
increase the circulation to your hands and reduce morning stiffness.
2. If your
fingers are aching in the end joints or are affected by Raynauds
Syndrome spin your Wrist Warmers around so that the label
is running up your fingers instead of down your wrist. They
will cover more of your fingers. Once the pain subsides
flip them back around and continue to wear them to keep them circulation
going.
3. Wear your
WristWarmers while you are working on the computer, knitting,
gardening or writing to help reduce the pain of carpal tunnel
and arthritis. During these times we recommend that you
roll down the edge of your WristWarmers past the base of
your baby finger to allow the finger to move freely.
4. If
your wrist is aching or you want your hand uncovered simply slip
your thumb out and pull the entire WristWarmer over your
hand and onto your wrist. This way they are always there
for you to slip back over your hand when it begins to ache.
5. Wrist Warmers
are perfect for people who work outside during the winter or in
refrigerated areas and arenas.
6. If you
have a sensitivity to the cold that is triggered by holding a
cold can of pop or frozen juice then take your WristWarmer
completely off and slip it over the can or bottle to use it as
a drink cosy.
7. Wear your
WristWarmers when you are in the frozen food section of the grocery
store to reduce the pain that can come from sticking your hand
in the freezers.
