FacEssential^® Masks

Nominated for the 2003 Manning Innovation Award the FacEssential Mask is great for people with facial skin sentivities and respiratory problems during the winter.

Worn as a neck warmer the FacEssential is easily pulled up into place to protect against frostbite and help you breath easier. The FacEssential stays in place by itself leaving your hands free. Fastens with velcro® and has no loose ends! This eliminates the dangers of scarves getting caught.

During the winter, the FacEssential mask takes the moisture from your exhalation and uses it to warm and humidify your inhalation. This can reduce the risk of an asthma attack. FacEssential masks help reduce respiratory pain caused by cold weather. The FacEssential has a modern look that hugs the face, neck, and chest. Designed from both a child's and an adult's perspective addressing all of the draft spots between the hat and the coat. It is comfortable to wear, easy to put on and take off, stays in place without obstructing vision and is easily hung up when removed. Worn as a neck warmer it is easily put up into place about the face when needed.

Original FacEssential^® Masks

Great for people with skin cancer who do not have respiratory problems.  The large mouth opening allows the cold air to go out rather than up, this reduces glass and goggle fogging.

Asthmatic FacEssential^® Masks

Help people with respiratory difficulties go out in the cold. 53% of all Asthma attacks are triggered by cold dry air. People with heart conditions have a difficult time adjusting to sudden drops in temperature.

The Asthma Society of Canada found that the Asthmatic FacEssential Mask takes the moisture from a person's exhalation and uses it to warm and humidify their inhalation.  This can reduce the risk of an attack and chest pain.
